Shipping

Approved wholesale orders are shipped using tracked services. Shipping costs and timing are confirmed before invoicing.

Returns

Because wholesale orders are made in quantity and prepared for the approved retailer, returns are generally not accepted unless items arrive defective or materially different from the confirmed order.
