All Lunar Loops bracelets are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from New York using tracked shipping services. Shipping labels are fulfilled through Pirate Ship. Delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, weather, holidays, and destination.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping options may be offered during checkout. Free shipping may be available during promotions or when order thresholds are met.

Personalized Items

Because personalized and custom bracelets are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@lunarloopsofficial.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order details, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for defective products, incorrect orders, or orders that cannot be fulfilled.
